Pay the first installment on the contract date, 30% of the construction cost. Reservation fee, deposit, design fee will be deducted in the first installment. The difference payment will continue until the full 30% is paid.

The design fee will be deducted from the first installment and the customer pays the difference until it reaches 30% of the house price or pays the difference as agreed.
Build the house within 30 days after receiving the payment of the first installment.
The next installment costs, the homeowner withdraws the installment from the financial institution and pays to the contractor according to the contract. In the case that each installment from the financial institution is not enough to pay the contractor, there is an additional difference for each installment, paid as agreed.
Note : In the case of designing a new house, pay for the design of the new house, after the house construction has been approved, then the design fee will be deducted in the first installment as well.
